Does West Village welcome pets?

Yes! West Village is a pet-friendly community designed with your furry friends in mind, featuring two fenced-in pet parks for residents and their pets to enjoy.

 

What types of floor plans are available at West Village?

West Village offers studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with thoughtfully‑designed layouts and interiors. What is the location like?

West Village is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma specifically in the downtown area near the vibrant West Village District. Residents can enjoy nearby access to shops, restaurants, and professional services.

 

What interiors and features do the apartments have?

Apartments include a range of thoughtfully-designed interiors and features, such as Carrara quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, undermount sinks, an in-unit washer and dryer, and spacious closet designs.

How do I schedule a tour or check availability?

Prospective residents can contact  the leasing team via phone to ask questions or receive up-to-date availability, or book a tour directly through our website.

 

How easy is it to reach major highways from here?

West Village offers convenient access to major highways, including I-235 and I-40, making it easy to get around Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Whether you’re commuting to work, heading downtown, or traveling across the metro, major roadways are just minutes away.

 

Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes! West Village has a professional, on-site maintenance team available to help keep the community and apartment homes running smoothly. Residents can easily submit service requests through the resident portal for convenient assistance.

 

During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

West Village pools and pool decks are open year-round, Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pools are not heated, but the hot tub is heated and available year-round. The pool areas are closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance.

 

Is parking available?

Yes! West Village offers convenient parking options for residents and guests. Reserved parking is available for rent – please see our Community Fee Guide for details.

 

Do you offer furnished apartment homes?

No, West Village does not offer furnished apartment homes. However, we’re happy to recommend CORT Furniture Rental for convenient, flexible furniture rental options.

 

Do you offer corporate leases?

Corporate housing options may be available upon request. Contact our leasing office for more details.

 

If I have a package delivered, will you hold it at the leasing office?

Packages are delivered to our secure package locker system, allowing you to pick up your deliveries at your convenience. Once your package arrives, you’ll receive a notification with instructions for easy retrieval.

 

What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day exclusively for resident use, so you can work out whenever it’s most convenient for you.

 

What are my options for paying my rent?

You can pay your rent online through the resident portal or mobile app. Simply log in, choose your payment method (bank account or card – may include a convenience fee), and submit your payment. You can also set up automatic payments for convenience.

 

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications are typically processed within 48–72 hours once all required documents have been submitted for screening. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your application is approved!

 

Which school district are you in?

West Village is located within the Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) district.

 

Are your hallways and breezeways climate controlled?

No. West Village hallways and breezeways are open-air and are not climate controlled, allowing for a more open and airy community feel.
